error code 10 with marvell libertas pci ieee 802 11g wi

I am currently having problems with this card that is how I access the internet, I always seem to have error code 10 messages (Device cannot start) that don't seem to go away on restart, shutdown, or reseting the card. I am using Vista beta 2 at the moment and I require internet use again.
